The past few days have been rather hectic, mostly because I'm the worlds worst packer and I was still throwing things into my suitcase as we were walking out the door (I still managed to forget shampoo even though I just bought a some in PG). Saying goodbye to everyone was very difficult, I don't think that anyone likes saying goodbye. But I know that this year will be amazing, and I'm also excited to meet my new family and get settled in Belgium!
I am so grateful for this opportunity, I would not have been able to go without the support of the Rotary Club of Burns Lake and my family.
It's time for me now to go and check into my flight, I will be rocking the red blazer....well actually not now, it's a little too hot for that...
